The United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) COP16 is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 2-13 December 2024, with a strong focus on water in the fight against land degradation and drought.

A special ‘Water Section’ will be featured in the event's Green Zone, offering a platform to present innovative solutions under the theme, Water for a Green Future.

The Water Section aims to bring together global experts, organizations, and stakeholders to share insights and discuss strategies for sustainable water management.

COP16 offers an opportunity for organizations to highlight their expertise and foster meaningful collaborations toward a more sustainable, water-secure future.
