The role of Islamic finance, including risk-sharing and asset-backed mechanisms, will also be examined.

Key agenda topics include restructuring water finance, redesigning public-private partnerships, leveraging green bonds and sukuk finance, and promoting social equity in water investments.

The event will contribute to shaping the finance agenda for the UN 2026 Water Conference and the 11th World Water Forum, supporting global efforts to enhance water sustainability and resilience.
