Global Water Operators’ Partnerships Alliance (GWOPA) Assembly 2024

The Global Water Operators’ Partnerships Alliance (GWOPA) will hold its 2024 Assembly on 3-4 November in Cairo, Egypt.

GWOPA is an international network created to support water operators through Water Operator’s Partnerships (WOPs), peer support exchanges between two or more water operators, on a not-for-profit basis, with the objective of strengthening their capacity, enhancing their performance and enabling them to provide a better service to more people.

The 2024 GWOPA Assembly will be held just before the World Urban Forum (WUF) from 4-8 November, organized by UN-Habitat with the Government of Egypt.

The Assembly will celebrate 15 years of solidarity in supporting utilities to advance the SDGs, hold discussions on the strategic direction of the Alliance, and offer onsite courses, a training sessions by Water integrity Network (WIN), and a half-day technical visit in Cairo.
