WaterAid stories from the Indus Delta

WaterAid and the H&M Foundation have partnered for a three-year program to provide sanitation, water and hygiene promotion in schools, with an aim to improving health and education and transforming children’s futures.

The Swedish-Eritrean photographer Malin Fezehai visited the district of Thatta in the Sindh province of southeast Pakistan, where the organizations are facilitating the construction of safe drinking water points and toilets at schools. Her photographs capture water scarcity from the point of view of eight schoolchildren in Thatta.

The exhibition Noori Tales: Stories from the Indus Delta features 31 images and may be seen live in Stockholm during the World Water Week, or in this online gallery.
