Join us at the World Water Week in Stockholm

As every year, UN-Water will be participating to the World Water Week with a series of activities and events and especially two major seminars:

  • 26 August | 14.00 to 17.30 - UN-Water Stakeholder Dialogue: "Future World Water Scenarios, with a Focus on Green Accounting"
  • 27 August | 15.45 to 18.45 - 2013 Year of Water Cooperation

We also expect your visit at the UN-Water Pavilion within the exhibition Hall B throughout the week.

2013, Year of Water Cooperation
2013 will be the UN International Year of Water Cooperation. In reflection, World Water Day on 22 March will also be dedicated to this theme. Through 2013 the campaign will further our comprehension of the challenges and benefits of water cooperation, and promote it worldwide.

Apply for the 3rd award before 15 September

The 3rd edition of the "Water for Life" UN-Water Best Practices Award is open to projects or programmes achieving particularly effective results in the field of water management or in raising awareness on water issues. This third edition will focus on water cooperation.
